Urban regeneration of the Region of Peloponnese through the restoration and upgrade of the disused railway network extending approximately 3 km, with the aim of converting the Corinth–Velo railway line into a linear environmental park. The main interventions include the creation of pedestrian and cycle paths, green spaces, children’s play areas and other infrastructure supporting environmental and social upgrading, as well as the improvement of existing facilities. The project also includes the installation of urban equipment, photovoltaic-powered lighting systems and elements of urban furniture.
