DEKA ATE announces the appointment of Mr. Dimitris Konstantopoulos to the position of General Director of Projects.
Mr. Dimitris Konstantopoulos graduated from the School of Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 1981. Following his initial experience on construction sites, he has held senior management positions in companies in Germany since 1988, before returning to Greece in 2006.
From 2007 onwards, he served as Development Director of the MESOGEOS ATE Group, General Director of MESOGEOS Environmental Services S.A., as well as of EEC-EUROPE Ltd, a subsidiary of MESOGEOS ATE based in Cambridge, UK. Until 2015, he also held the position of Director of the Tenders Department and Director of International Procurement for the Group.
Throughout his tenure at the MESOGEOS Group and subsequently at the THALIS Group, Mr. Konstantopoulos was additionally responsible for the IT departments of both groups. A key achievement of this role was the successful digital transformation of their operational processes through the implementation of the SOFT ONE ERP system.
